The Panthers of Pickerington North achieved something special — with grit, teamwork, and heart, they’ve claimed the regional championship and secured their spot in the state Final Four of the Ohio High School Athletic Association tournament.
From the first whistle of the postseason, this squad has shown they’re built for big moments. Key victories throughout regionals propelled them past strong opponents and into the next level of the playoff ladder. One of their standout wins came recently when they picked up a hard-fought 2-1 victory — raising their record to 13-3-4, demonstrating just how focused and resilient this team is.
This year’s journey has been marked by everything you want in a championship-run: disciplined defending, clutch goals, and the kind of offensive spark that when it counts, turns games around. But more than stats, it’s the culture. The Panthers have rallied around a shared belief—and now they get to test themselves at the state’s highest level.
What’s ahead:
They’re slated to face Cincinnati Seton at Springfield High School as part of the Division I state semifinal bracket.
With the regional title under their belt, the team heads into this next challenge with momentum—and a hunger for more.
